LORRAINE (LORRIE) KAREN WILLISCROFT
Date of Passing: Mar 02, 2026
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORRAINE (LORRIE) KAREN WILLISCROFT
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lorraine (Lorrie) Karen Williscroft, age 72, on March 2, 2026 at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB.
Lorrie is survived by: her husband of 52 years, David Williscroft; their three children, Adam Williscroft (Jo-Ann), Sara Williscroft (Kris), and Kelsey Williscroft (Carly); six grandchildren; her four sisters, Debbie, Cathy (Ron), Dawn, Tracey (Brad) and many nieces and nephews.
Lorrie grew up in St. James Assiniboia and attended Westwood Collegiate where she met her husband Dave. She was a cheerleader, he was on the basketball team - a storybook start to a great love story. Some of her favourite memories included gathering around a kitchen table singing with her sisters and playing her records with her many friends.
At 18 she started at CIBC where she developed a lifelong career as a personal banking representative, retiring after 37 years. Her working life was full of making memories with her children, attending their sports and cheering them on. She made amazing friends and was always the first to share her kids’ accomplishments. There are no words to describe how much Lorrie loved her family.
After retirement, there was nothing she enjoyed more than baking with her grandchildren. She was a loving and doting grandmother who was always there for a kind word and big hugs. Lorrie will be deeply missed by her family, her friends and anyone that knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in Lorrie’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

The Paulsons are an original Kirkfield Park family as are the Waithmans, grew up with Deb in elementary school then worked with Lorrie for many years at CIBC, where I loved and respected her work ethic, if she beleived in the customer she worked the deal fearlessly for approval!! I was always jealous of her having four sisters and only one brother for me... although wonderful as Ken still is!! - Posted by: Deborah Schadek (nee Waithman) (friend, co-worker) on: Mar 07, 2026
